Junior Project Manager Healthcare – The role is part of the IQVIA Italy Real World Solutions Department, providing services and technologies to Payers and Providers that improve the cost, quality, and speed of clinical innovation and patient outcomes. The team supports Digitalization initiatives around Electronic Medical Records, Data Lake, and Electronic Data Capture design and implementation, Optimization of Clinical Operations, Telemedicine, Population Medicine, and AI/ML applications for better diagnostic, triaging, and care delivery models.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and interface project stakeholders (product management, trainers, consultants, customers).




- Communicate project status to customers and internal teams.
- Work closely with partner implementation and services teams.
- Delegate tasks to team members as required.
- Create project plans, including targets, milestones, and deadlines.
- Establish and share project planning and milestones, track risks, action items, issues, and decisions.
- Support the creation of Statements of Work for projects and change requests.
- Monitor project resources and costs in accordance with the signed contract.

Skills, Education and Experience
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Biotechnology or related field.
- 2‑5 years of project‑management experience.
- Preferred: PMP, AgilePM or Prince2 certification, ITIL 4 Foundation.
- Knowledge of eHealth standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR, IHE).
- Fluent in English and native Italian.
- Strong organizational and summarization skills.
