Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the early phase of replacing global network monitoring platforms, coordinating business and technical requirements across infrastructure domains. You will manage RFPs, vendor evaluations, workshops, and governance reviews, and develop roadmaps, business cases, and executive recommendations. You will oversee ServiceNow CMDB onboarding and CI lifecycle governance, and coordinate integration work between Aruba Central, MuleSoft, and ServiceNow. You will drive delivery planning and readiness for complex integration projects, working with international teams in a consulting environment.Retribuzione / Benefits
- Lead the preparation phase for the replacement of global network monitoring platforms
- Coordinate requirements gathering across multiple infrastructure domains (business and technical)
- Manage RFP activities, vendor evaluations, workshops, and governance reviews
- Develop implementation roadmaps, business cases, benefits analyses, and executive recommendations




- Oversee standardization and onboarding of enterprise network inventory within ServiceNow CMDB
- Define governance processes for Configuration Item lifecycle management and facilitate related workshops
- Coordinate integration activities between Aruba Central, MuleSoft, and ServiceNow
- Manage delivery planning, technical alignment, and implementation readiness for integration projects

Responsabilità
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of IT Project Management experience, preferably in infrastructure, networking, or ServiceNow environments
- Experience with ServiceNow CMDB and PPM, vendor management, RFPs, and integration xrdztoy projects involving Aruba Central and MuleSoft
- Fluent in Italian and English (C1)
- Strong organizational, leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem‐solving skills, with ability to coordinate international teams
